Excellent service

I came to the service department for an oil change and tire rotation on only four hours sleep, so when it was all done in just over an hour I was truly happy to be on my way home and back to bed. Ray runs a clean and efficient shop and I am always happy to do business with him. My dad worked for Chevrolet for 27 years as a service writer and service manager on the west coast. I also worked my last two years of high school in the service department of a dealership and I know it takes work to keep one running smoothly, safely and efficiently.

Service manager was very helpful and friendly . They performed an update to our entertainment system , which did not fix the problem. It has been well documented online , that the entertainment system in this model has had multiple issues , and performing an update will not fix the problem, yet i waited 2.5hrs for the update to finish and it provided zero resolution to the problem. While driving out of the dealership the problem reappeared. Hopefully this can be resolved this week.

Service was awesome and completed even sooner than expected. A car was furnished and was very much appreciated, so that my wife could continue completing her job! Thank You Hudgins Team!
